• Largest liver center in St. Louis and in Missouri in terms of research funding, patient visits, clinical trials and hepatologists
• Over 1,300 patient visits per month for care of patients with liver disease by Saint Louis University Liver Center clinicians
• One of the largest treatment centers for liver disease in the United States
• Thirty-eight (38) faculty and staff comprise the Saint Louis University Liver Center
• Over 85 publications by the Saint Louis University Liver Center faculty and staff in 2008
